Return and Refund Policy

Mausam™ offers change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Customers cover return shipping for these returns.

After 30 days, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products remain subject to your rights under South African consumer law, including applicable repair, replacement or refund rights.

To arrange a return, contact us through mausam.co.za with your order number. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

These conditions do not restrict statutory rights, including the applicable 7-day cooling-off right for online purchases.
